Suvi-Maria Helin is the first certified Hypopressives Trainer in Finland. She introduced the method in her home land Finland in 2015, and since then she has been working teaching workshops, classes and training courses for professionals.
Suvi-Maria is also a Pilates instructor and she has a Bachelor degree in Performing Arts. Since 2003 she has been working both in the field of physical exercise and dance. For years she has been enriching her professional skills studying many holistic disciplines like yoga, Feldenkrais, Alexander Technique and Spiral Stabilisation Method. At the moment she is doing her Master’s degree in Dance and Movement Therapy.
