Trista has been working in the Canadian fitness industry since 1990. Though she started as a personality trainer, her journey to recovery from her own prolapse in 2012 led her to specialize in pelvic and core health and become an internationally recognized Master trainer in the Hypopressive technique.
Upon being diagnosed with stage 2 cyctocele, Trista was told by multiple health professionals that surgery was very likely in her future. Her determination to find an alternative less invasive treatment took her to Spain to study the Hypopressive Method which was unavailable in North America at the time. Within 2 months all traces of her prolapse had disappeared.
Inspired by her own success with this technique, Trista shifted her focus towards brInging the Hypopressives Method to North America. She has now helped hundreds of clients restore and maintain their pelvic and core function. Since 2013 Trista has has taught courses to hundreds more health and fitness professionals who can now offer the Hypopressive technique as a new tool to their clients.

Trista was invited to present at the CPTN conference to lecture on Hypopressives and pelvic /core health. She has also been featured in numerous magazines and newspaper articles, on Canadian television and on various podcasts and videos on pelvic health and Hypopressive Exercise.
